Unbelievable only self checkout was open and the line was super long very inconsiderate of people’s time and very inconvenient as a neighborhood Walmart. I am highly displeased!

Nice work at this Walmart. Employees are super nice and courteous, helpfull. Managers are welcoming expecially GARY. He is a sweetheart. He is the reason why many go to this Walmart. I come in and i
have literally seen people ask for him. He is an asset along with everyone else to this company.. Keep your employees happy and they will work happy. Nice atmosphere.

The African American male that works in the front by self check out as a shift leader wasnt helpful at all I had to call for help a few times and he just stays on his phone just being rude and didn't even acknowledge that I needed help I come here all the time I spend my hard working money here and to be treated like this is unfair im very respectful and do a lot for my community been living here for 20 plus years and been going to the same Walmart since you open up all I ask for is to have some respectable employer that acknowledge the customers and don't have to beg for help after coming off of work from a long day and coming here to spend my money makes me feel like I'm not even human or anything and then when I ask for his name he wouldn't tell me or when I ask for a manager he tells me his the only one here so I came here to file a complaint I don't want to come to this Walmart anymore if you guys going to be having employees being rude and not helpful

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is extremely close to where I live, which is a bonus. The employees here are visible and spread out through the store. There are usually around two open registers with live people working them, but the rest of it is the self-service checkouts.

Has almost every kind of product in a Neighborhood location such as groceries, toiletries, cleaning supplies, greeting cards, flowers, produce, etc. Also there is a pharmacy. Relatively clean and organized.

Tamarac location routinely closes early by as much as 20 minutes. Never a cashier, only self checkout. Isles narrowed due to shipment restocks during open hours. Most employees are helpful but managers actively avoid customers. Always the stop of last resort.

Claimed my drive up order didn’t have a “date” on it so they couldn’t bring it to the car. Then how did you know to pick the items for today? Wouldn’t have mind to go in to get my groceries if I was dressed appropriately, but I planned a pick up order and knew I’d be staying in the car. Waste of time!

Most of the time and out of necessity, I visit the Walmart Neighborhood between Pine Island and McNab, city of Tamarac, Florida. The reality is that I always find people of good character and kind attention, but there is no shortage of rude, bitter and disrespectful people who do not differentiate between their personal problems and their work serving clients. Finding them has become so common that you get used to seeing them. But this morning I found someone who went further. “Gary.” Rude, shameless person who, despite the bad treatment he knows how to give, dared to approach the machine where I was finishing paying for my products, and he himself touched the “5 stars” for good service that appear on the screen , at the end of each purchase. I asked him why you did that, and it seemed like he didn't understand. You went too far “Gary”. In truth, the hard face of some people amazes me more and more every day.
