Mijn pakje werd door Bpost verkeerdelijk geleverd bij Video Take. De eerste keer toen ik erom ging werd ik erg onvriendelijk behandeld en ben ik na een hele tijd tevergeefs te wachten weer vertrokken. Ik ben het de dag erna op een rustiger tijdstip (wel persoonlijk) gaan ophalen. Toen bleek mijn pakketje zelfs een tijdje onvindbaar. Na lang zoeken dan toch ontvangen. Hopelijk mist Bpost zich niet meer 😉

Lekkere broodjes vorige keer, maar nu . onbeschoft personeel. We willen een koffietje gaan drunken, we komen binnen en vriendin vraagt of ze effe naar toilet kan. Antwoord :" neen, alleen voor mensen die iets gebruiken". Heb de dame dan vriendelijk gezegd dat we dat okk van plan waren maar dat het al niet meer hoefde als ze op die manier klanten aanspreekt.

Lekkere krokante broodjes die voldoende groot zijn. Voelde gevuld met groetjes en charcuterie. Snelle bediening. Parking voor de deur en mogelijkheid om binnen te eten of mee te nemen.

Ik bestelde vanmiddag een smos kaas zonder wortel, maar het was enorm mager belegd. Slechts 4 stukjes tomaat, ei en komkommer (zie foto). De sla was gelukkig wel voldoende. Mayonaise heb ik achteraf zelf nog aangevuld want was even weinig als al de rest. Dit heb ik al voor de 2 de keer voor. Mij zien ze er niet meer terug!
En dit na heel lang wachten (niet duidelijk waarom het niet vooruit ging, want er zat slechts 1 tafel die binnen bediend moest worden en ze waren met 2 werkkrachten), was het de dure prijs echt niet waard.

This BPost location was a bit tricky to find. The listing with BPost tag didn't have Google map review/photo.Therefore, it took us a while to find the exact shop which had the BPost counter. In any case, staff were friendly. They finished the post fast.

De beste broodjes van Mechelen! Altijd verse ingrediënten en er is heel veel gevarieerde keuze (inclusief halal broodjes). De gezellige sfeer en vriendelijke bediening maken het een perfecte plek voor een snelle lunch of een ontspannen koffiepauze. Ik kom zeker terug!

Je besteld 7 broodjes. Ik moet 35 min wachten voor ik mijn bestelling ontvang. Klanten met 1 broodje gaan voor. Als je er een opmerking over maakt . Smoort de zaakvoeder je mond dat het normaal is. Onbeschoft zaakvoeder.
Als antwoord dat het de schuld is van de klant dat men ontevreden is over wachttijd. Zegt meer over de onverantwoordelijkheid van de zaakvoeder. Uw taak is dit te verbeteren.
