When I began the remodel of my home I was like Goldilocks trying out various tile stores. One was too cold. Another was too small. Still another not at all helpful. Then there was Tile Market of San Marco. I walked in without an appointment and an hour later finally smiling and excited. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. Brooke and Ronique have worked with me over the course of 4 months to help bring all the visions in my head to reality. Brooke tuned in to my aesthetic and has worked hard to help me design an amazing kitchen, master bath, and fireplace mantel. Both ladies are very responsive, gifted, and intuitive. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and am thrilled with all selections and pricing. I would not shop anywhere else.

We drove over an hour to go to this "store" to order custom made tile only to arrive and see a note by the locked door stating we had to call for an appointment! We have been buying tile for decades without encountering such a ridiculous requirement. When someone was exiting--she held the door and we entered only to be greeted by someone who said she couldn't help us (though there was no other customer in the place). We wondered exactly what her function was!! One can generally enter "RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS" without making appointments. Don't waste you time with this place. There are LOTS of other places to order EXPENSIVE TILE!!

We had a great experience with Ronique today at the Tile Market. She took the time to go through the many options including ways we could keep our costs down while still achieving the look we desired.
