Verdict: Amazing lighting selection Bargain prices!

The store itself is very clean a little bit oddly organized but again nice.
Staff was very helpful and felt I welcomed.

The holiday Christmas selection is a bit thin, but all items are available online.
What really took me back is the sheer amount of lighting fixtures on display. They also keep on top of keeping the displays in working condition so no eye strain or strobe disco when walking down the isle, a very welcoming attention to detail.

I also noticed everyone in this store is busy either stocking, helping customers or keeping the store neat and tidy.

I often go in to look at what's in the store so I can order it online and shipped 2 my door as that's the best way to bring home large boxes.

I encourage you to visit the store as they have lots of in store deals not available online and prices that will make you giddy!

They also have lots of cashier's so wait is never long, so a quick shopping experience is easy here for that one part I forgot?

Honestly, a very tightly run ship here!

This is the a home Depot of the east Side. They have a good selection and lots of security. My one recommendation is the parking lot is somewhat crowded and sloped so if you have a heavy cart of supplies make sure to park in the flat areas. This is a big Home Depot.

Terry is absolutely amazing! I recently bought a washer/dryer here, and he made the entire process so easy. I don’t know much about appliances, but Terry took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, helping me choose the best option for my needs and budget. This wasn’t my first time chatting with him—I’ve asked him about other appliances in the past, and he’s always incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He genuinely wants to help and never makes you feel rushed or overwhelmed. This man deserves a raise!! If you need any appliances, definitely talk to Terry—he’s the best!!

I am extremely pissed off. I saw on your official website that the "NE Portland #4004" location had the "20V MAX XR Lithium-Ion Electric Cordless 18-Gauge Brad Nailer (Tool Only)" available for purchase yesterday. I drove there and asked a staff for assistance. He said the system showed it was in stock but that he needed to look for it. After about half an hour, I had to approach him myself, only for him to tell me that he couldn’t find it. When I asked what I should do, he told me to place an order online.

Last evening, I placed an online order. Up until the this morning, when I printed out my receipt before heading out, the system still showed that the item was ready for pickup. But when I arrived at the store, I was told my order had already been canceled. By this point, I was furious. When I asked why my order was canceled, I was told it was because I had exceeded the pickup time. I explained that I had placed the order the previous night and came to pick it up the very next morning—how could that possibly be too late? The staff member said he didn’t know either.

When tools unexpectedly break during a job, I rely on getting replacements quickly, and Home Depot has always been my go-to for support. But this time, you’ve completely let me down. I need to explain to my clients why the project is delayed, yet Home Depot doesn’t feel the need to explain why the item couldn’t be found or why my order was canceled.

Although I may be just a small contractor, you have disregarded the trust I placed in your business. I am deeply, deeply disappointed.

Vacationing In Portland, Oregon And My Daughter Heidi Asked If I Could Repair Her Fence At Her Home. I Said, Absolutely, Is There A Home Depot Nearby, She Said Yes. My Daughter Had Limited Amount Of Tools And Nothing For Repair. I Came Out With Everything I Needed, Plus Extra Materials And Spent About $225.00 Dollars. I Fixed Her Fence Temporally, But Looks So Much Better Than Before.

First time back in a long while and I had 6 employees ask if I needed help finding something. I usually dread going because it's hard to find help when needed. Glad to see an abundance of friendly home depot staff today!
