I talk to a person named "MATTHEW "
He is unfit to stay on customer service role. No patience, rude, Disrespectful
In customer service role patience and politeness is very important might be he doesn't have one. I ask him 2 mins of help he refused and mentioned me he need 24 hours and said he stick's to busiest work now unavailable to any work. I shocked and very strange answer never hered anytime. I thought he is joking but by seeing his rudeness I left the place immediately.

I am telling you respect is the most valuable which we cannot opt with rudeness and sarcasm. Be kind if you don't like to help tell simply I am busy with lot of work I can't. The only thing is request to customer makes good vibes

Haven’t had this excellent level of service in a very long time. Greeted, taken to the printer aisle, helped me evaluate features with prices, and offered to take it to the car all with a friendly can-do pleasant attitude. Efficient and knowledgeable and seemed to really want to help. Bravo!

Always be aware of who's around you listening...that's my message. I went to checkout with 1 item, when I approached the cashier I say "Hey how are you?" Not a word of response. She looked unhappy for what it's worth. I almost don't blame her. The store manager was on the phone with someone to assist the guest in front of them and said "HI I've been getting transferred all over the place, I'm calling on behalf of (guests name) and now he's brought his problem to me. I'm the store manager for Staples in Daytona." First off, she made it sound like the guy was majorly inconveniencing her, and I'm sure he apologizes for bringing his "problem" to you. I would think as a store manager, she'd have more customer experience than that. She can know the business in and out but I'd use my pistol as a popsicle stick if I had to deal with her, let alone work for her. To the cashier my message is RUN!! Staples my message to you...do better. Damn.

Back to school shopping was super easy and the location is super convenient as well. I always get my year and half calender from staples because they seem to have the biggest selection. Location next to other places I shop is a huge bonus.

This Staples is very convenient has helped me out with many services from TSA Precheck applications, printing / copying, and even Amazon return drop offs. Isaac with Amazon return drop off assisted me yesterday quickly and kindly following an irate customer who was unfamiliar with the process. Isaac treated that customer with respect and patience and offered to walk him through the return process and teach him so he could do it on his own in the future. He handled both of our requests professionally and with a smile.

Staples cost me a bid because their fax system was not cooperating with letting me receive a fax and there was no explanations and no tech called. No nothing just me walking out without my important document I need for a job for my business so I lost amount of money because of this.
