I had a great experience buying a couch from Sol at Lovesac. I was initially wary of the couch-buying process because I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture a few years ago. But, once going to the Lovesac showroom and trying out the couch, I couldn’t find a couch I liked better anywhere else. The store also had great reviews regarding delivery times. The couch was more expensive than I was hoping to spend but they have deals going on very often, for instance, I got an “open quote” deal of 30% off. My couch pieces shipped and arrived to me within the 2-3 week time frame that Sol quoted me (they have a bunch of fabrics to choose from that ship within 2-3 weeks). The entire couch and covers ship in separate boxes via FedEx to your door. However, not all of the covers shipped together so I used a blanket to cover my seats so I could enjoy my couch while the rest of the covers shipped. Assembly was not too difficult. I’m a 24 year old woman and I was able to assemble my 2-seater couch with ottoman in a day. You can hire a taskrabbit to do it for you for under $100, if you don’t feel like you can do it by yourself. And my favorite part is that in the future, I can change up my couch if I decide I want a different fabric, or if I want to turn my ottoman into a 3rd seat! I would definitely recommend Lovesac to others.

Sol and the team were so helpful and friendly! I came in today to verify a few things before making a purchase and Sol made sure had everything I needed before doing so. Glad I stopped in - the extra bit of customer service was excellent and something you don’t get just by using the website.

My Husband and I saw a Costco deal for LoveSac and decided to go into the store to test it out in person. Not only were we blown away just from the product itself, Isaac (who worked there) made our experience so easy that we actually bought from the store instead! We told Isaac the situation with Costco and he did not change the way he treated us. Isaac explained how the couch works, options for fabrics best for dogs/children and different layouts that would fit our lifestyle! Not only that, after we purchased the couch, he sent us configurations so that we would not have a hard time putting it together! 10/10 recommend going into LoveSac just to see! Isaac was wonderful and the rest of the staffing was great as well!

I’ve been debating on getting a LoveSac couch. Today I stopped by this location and had the pleasure of working with Isac! Amazing customer service from him and his coworkers. Isac did not pressure us (because these couches aren’t cheap) he answered all of questions and was patient with us and our 14 month old. We went to get lunch next door and came back and bought the couch!! I’m super excited and can’t wait! Thanks again Isac!

My husband and I visited the Lovesac location after trying several furniture stores. We decided to move forward with the lovesac due to its highly configurable nature and washable covers. We worked with Adela who gave us her undivided attention. She showed us all the options and even allowed us to access the speaker system 2 times to make a decision. We didn’t buy same day since we had to go home and remeasure, but she sent a quote to us and when a promo came up she adjusted the price. It was so far a great experience. It was simple to purchase over the phone.

I went to Lovesac not really expecting to purchase the same day but the sales associate Raul was informative, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He showed us the many configurations that the Love Sac could be made into as well as gave us a very concise estimate and explained the whole shopping process, etc. LoveSac wasn’t pushy at all. I left the store very happy and in a week my couch will be here. I was impressed with the fast shipping because other places the shipping is like 6 months. I’d definitely recommend this place! Ask for Raul! Once again amazing service!

My family and I had been looking for a new couch a while already. We had gone down the same route as before, high pitch sale tactics from the likes of Rooms To Go and City Furniture. By chance, my wife came across Lovesac on line, and headed to the closest location to our home, River Market in Ft. Lauderdale.

Issac and the rest of the staff put us at ease immediately. My wife and I didn't feel pushed or rushed to make a decision to buy that day, but we did any way because they were so pleasant to deal with.

We placed the order on a Sunday, and got our shipment exactly a week later as promised.

Not only do we recommend the Lovesac experience to our friends and family, but the staff at their River Market store was the icing on the cake!

The staff at the Ft. Lauderdale store was wonderful. I had only looked at the Lovesac products online so going into the showroom for a chance to sit on and touch the couches made the decision to purchase very easy.
