I purchased a La-Z-Boy rocker recliner in November 1984 and still have it. I have never had a problem with it. The cushions and foam are wearing very thin so it’s time to get a new one. I purchased a La-Z-Boy rocker Recliner yesterday at the Altamonte Springs store. The Sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about Lazy boy recliners. Low pressure, very knowledgeable, attentive staff. Allowed us to take our time and evaluate each chair and explained the differences. I truly recommend not wasting time with other chair manufacturers as they may look similar or even present a lower price point but I don’t think the difference over time is worth the minimum savings. I can definitely feel the difference and have found that customer support, parts, customization and repair resources are much more available and should help to increase the longevity and usefulness of the chair over a longer time. The best advice I can give is to get a chair that fits your needs, fits your body, and tap into the resources of your La Z Boy store!

Went in looking for high quality recliners. Met Sandra who was awesome. We had somewhat of an idea of what we wanted but Sandra helped us narrow down what we needed. We ended up purchasing 2. Process went very smoothly. Very pleased. Highly recommend this location.

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Eric and Sandra at the Lazy Boy Altamonte store. They were very friendly, patient and extremely helpful, every step of the way. The manager and other staff members were also great to work with. Looking forward to delivery of our really comfortable new living room furniture. If you are looking for new furniture, we highly recommend them!

My wife and I went to this Lazy Boy store and were treated very kindly by the entre sales team on our various visits. Javerierre, Eric and Jonathan were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient all while NOT being high pressure salespeople. We have just purchased two recliners and will be buying a sofa later this year. I went into La-Z-Boy to purchase a recliner for my 92 year old mother. When I enter the store I was greeted by Johnathan. I explained what my situation was and what I needed. He was very pleasant and informative. Johnathan showed me several recliners and explained all the pros and cons as well as how to make sure the recliner would fit my mom. I found two recliners that I liked and Johnathan gave me a print out of the chairs to show to my family. A day or so later I went back with my sister and I requested to see Johnathan. Again, he was very helpful and explained everything to my sister as well. We picked out and purchased a recliner. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to La-Z-Boy again and if it’s the same store I will again request to see Johnathan.
