If you want excellent customer service, quality product, and prices that beat the competition, go to JC Licht! Rhonda, my designer, was the absolute best! Work with her! She visited the house to show samples, and after taking a week to decide, returned to finalize decisions; her great taste and attention to detail helped me select the Trend Sage curtains, and motorized Hunter Douglas shades in Opal and Mocha, which delivered a great custom feel and refresh to two bedrooms in the house. I even bought paint from JC Licht, based on one of the designers, Holly's, recommendation of a beautiful Sherwood Green that compliments the curtains very well. Peggy in the Hinsdale showroom was also very helpful and knowledgeable on my initial visit. The install was seamless, and the workers were very professional and efficient. Thank you JC Licht for a job very well done!

This store is very complete, the staff is highly knowledgeable and attentive.

They explained everything about spray painting machines and helped us make the right investment for our painting business.

They also have window treatments.

I highly recommend this store.

My installer, Alex, was GREAT! He called early to inquire if he could come early and that was great for me. He was very sincerely friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the window treatments and how they operate. He did all the work professionally and in a timely fashion. He cleaned everything well upon completion.
I will request him to install all my future window treatments and I highly recommend him!

We are absolutely delighted with our new master bathroom top-down, bottom-up shades. They work exactly as I had hoped and look beautiful. The installer (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was an expert, on-time, efficient, and very precise. In and out easily and didn't leave a speck of dust...Very professional. My entire experience was top notch. Rhonda the designer I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The updates on my order were super accurate and helpful, plus the turn around on my order was quicker than I anticipated. The installer that I had was excellent. All around I would highly recommend!

Had a sales person come to my home, brought one book. Quoted anywhere from 4-13 weeks to install that she would have to call her installation team and call me back, left NO paperwork. Never heard back from her. Called the store to follow-up with the manager, thought I got a bad sales person and he never called me back. Don't waste your time with this company. Horrible customer service.

WOW! We not only got our blinds done for our bedrooms, but because of how wonderful they turned out, we decided to do 2 other rooms in our home. Such detail to attention as well as personal service by Dawn who was our rep and Rob who was our installer. We will always refer you to everyone who asks! Thank you for your time and energy.
