Desafortunadamente en el día de ayer fui despedida alegando el Sr Antonio encargado de la tienda que tengo un carácter fuerte. El tema está que no  iba a permitir que un empleado de la tienda (Agustin) muy amigo de él, me estuviera ACOSANDO ni INTIMIDANDO.
Antonio prefirió despedirme a mi que hablar con él otro empleado, demostrando que defiende más las malas aptitudes que las buenas.
Cabe destacar que los clientes siempre salen agradecidos de la atención que les doy.

I have been shopping here for the past few years and I didn’t have too much trouble with how the workers treated me. But, today, I met the rudest, most disrespectful worker. (I don’t know her name.) I was looking around for bedding materials and I finally found a pattern that I liked (I’m quite picky with designs but it isn’t a problem). The thing with the bag was that it was torn, there was a huge cut on the front leading to the side. The bedding was bursting out of it. I asked a worker if she had another bag with the same bedding pattern, and she said no, so I asked her if she could replace the bag at least since the bedding cloth could get dirty, she said no again (this isn’t the problem I understand when materials run low). So, I asked her if I could get a discount because the bag was torn, and this time she rudely said NO. And after I asked for the discount, I noticed she was judging me by her eyes and her tone, she thought I wasn’t able to afford the product. She offered to “mend” the bag by using DUCK TAPE.
I said no, it’s okay and continued to find another bedding pattern I liked. In the end, I decided to buy the bedding with the torn bag (I really, really liked the pattern. It was very much my taste.). When I brought it up to the worker, she rudely said “NO refunds, okay?”, I said okay and handed her the cash and she looked at it and then at me like it was suspicious for me to have money when I wasn’t dressed so classy. I understand we all have bad days but this was plain rude and disgusting. Is it that bad to ask for a discount when the packaging is all busted (and the product can also be damaged like this) and just because I don’t dress or look “rich” doesn’t mean I should be treated so harsh.

The pillow on the right I've had for about 5 years. The pillow on the left I just bought yesterday. They are both bamboo brand so why is it so flat and deflated? I came here because I had a good experience and had a good pillow. I found myself pretty dissatisfied in this product. However, I do enjoy the blanket I had just purchased from here as well. Would it be possible to exchange it for a cheaper pillow; if not then that is okay.
