For their prices the quality of work, attitude and service is truly subpar. They left "bad" pixels in the digital invitations, refused to create any new designs for my order (which is not what I'd expect from a "boutique" service that advertises personalized approach) and the maximum custom they have done was tracing a stock illustration that I have myself provided "for inspiration". They have also outright ignored clear instructions that I had given them by emails and on several Zoom calls. I have seen better quality work and ability to follow instructions from Etsy sellers that charge 1/10th of a price. Also in order to minimize bad reviews they offer unsatisfied customers to sign an NDA for a partial refund - and I have also seen some people bullied by Ceci and her team for leaving bad reviews.

We modeled our wedding cake after them; the laser cut bellyband design decorated bottom tiers and the custom monogram on the back of our invitation was on the top tier of our cake. We have even framed the back design of our invitations as wall decor in our apartment because they are just too beautiful. I highly recommend going to them for all your event needs.
