A store whose quality of customer service is dropping significantly! On yet another adventure this Wednesday, I went into this store and needed to use the public restroom, which was locked; I looked all over the store for an employee who could help me, but there was no one in the aisles or changing rooms. I went to the cashier, where I was informed that the public restroom could not be opened ‍?

Just imagine a retail version of the DMV... That was my experience today at the Burlington coat factory... Wanted to buy one item and there's literally about 70 people in line... I've never seen anything like it before... Each way they were giving away free toasters or something. To say that they are short-staffed would be an understatement... I Highly recommend you avoid coming here on Sunday afternoons. I just put all my stuff back and left; they lost a sale today

I like the products and the prices of this establishment. This location can use someone from the upper positions to oversee the daily overall performance of the employees and how the place is being ran. I've walked around and have seen many employees just hanging out in the rear part of the store doing nothing when they can be picking up the store. Everything is in disarray. Worst part, there's only 1 register and another one that keeps on stopping. It's the holidays and there's a long line. Did management not think of this? It happens every year. You would think that they would get it by now. Been standing in line for longer than half an hour. No one looks happy. Somethings gotta change.

This place as well as the other locations don't seem to have any decent men's clothes worth buying anymore. Most of the big and tall clothes look very outdated like old thrift store clothing. On top of that, it's super busy on a Saturday afternoon with at least 30 people in line waiting to check out and there's only 2 cashiers. Where's the rest of the staff? Get it together Burlington.

This store is the most horrible!!!!! Stood in line 15-20 minutes with just one item. Customers w/25-50 items were inconsiderate of those w/a few items being particular about every item that the cashier Niya rang up who didn't have a name badge to identify herself. My visit started with a denied refund with an initial cash purchase in order to purchase items of the same brand. Maya was the cashier completing the transaction, and instead of her allowing me to grab a quick exchange, I was issued a gift card and had to get/stand back in line with the one item. Ridiculous!!!! Customer service was terrible!!! Sonya, the cashier was the only one who had sense by stating that I should have been allowed to come back up with the one item exchange vs. waiting in line over 15 minutes. I'll be contacting corporate because your stores should have a line for customers who are purchasing 10 items or less instead of waiting on customers who are greedy for store items!!!!! The worst Burlington ever with zero stars!!!

The store is an absolute mess. Items are carelessly misplaced everywhere, and the checkout line is excessively long, stretching over half an hour with only two cashiers available.

Found what I was looking for immediately. I am not as tolerant as I was with shopping and looking through rows and rows of clothing. So finding things I was there for and for great prices. Very impressed and happy!!
Noticed that their clothing pricing is much better than other discounted places!
If you haven't been or it's been awhile since you have gone...check it out. Burlington won't disappoint.

Won’t let you in without a speech on not stealing. Fitting rooms closed. Bathrooms locked, had to have a man escort me to the restroom and type a code in to unlock. How could you enjoy shopping in a place where you’re treated like this?
