All staff we dealt with throughout the process of selecting our stone were professional, knowledgable and kind. when we ran into a design challenge with the proposed size of our island, they were able to locate many options at both slab yards and ultimately we were able to find the most stunning stone to set our space off, with TWO overhangs & more importantly, WITHOUT any seams!!! the texture of this piece feels like leather and is the topic of all remodel conversations in our home! thank you Primestone, your selection made our home unique and stunning!!!

Loooved this store! Great selection of stones, competitive prices and simply the best service. Please ask for Hembert Crescini, he was the best! I needed the stone. Day earlier than the earliest they could ( because it was traveling over seas and needed to make the container on time) and Herbert went out of his way and made it possible! Totally recommend!

I ordered the wrong stone color to match my island , and MARIA DEL MAR was absolutely amazing . She considered my circumstance and emotions and was the most professional and understanding. She went above and beyond to find a fair solution for me. I highly recommend Primestones, all their team is amazing . I visited the 3 showrooms , RODRIGO LIMA was also an amazing team member as well. They had the only patience with me going back and forth on my selections. Admirable staff!

Was referred by a friend and had an amazing experience! We worked with Hembert Crescini which was knowledgeable and very patient. He walked the whole warehouse with us, never pressuring us to pick something. He explained the pros and cons to everything we asked about in regards to our needs. They have beautiful slabs and more than one warehouse, so if something is not at their warehouse they will look for it in one of their other ones. The delivery was quick and their updated us throughout the process. Will definitely recommend them!!
