The sales people are great! However, the material that was delivered for our Lanai project was badly chipped and cracked. Their company representative came out and agreed that the Silver Shadow Marble was less than acceptable. Nothing at this time has been offered up to reconcile the issue. I hope to edit this review soon. Merry Christmas!

Workers here suffer from very poor communication skills. "In stock" does not mean in-stock according to most people. This means it is at the Tampa warehouse and can be delivered to Sarasota in a few days up to a week. Then attempting to place the order over the phone, the woman didn't actually place the order and we were waiting for a week before calling them and realizing she never placed the order. Then doing it again with another rep, he says they will call when they know it's on the truck for delivery to their store. Never get a call after 4 days. Call them AGAIN to follow up, and looks like it's listed as "in transfer" and should be here in a couple more days.
Not reliable and would never waste my time shopping here. Tile Outlet on Cattlemen is much better.
