I had a very important print job that got to me very late from corporate, I needed my job done super fast. Michael walked me through the steps to get my documents submitted then got the printing started immediately for me. This is the best customer service I have ever received in an office supply store. THANK YOU MICHAEL!

Went to their FedEx desk to ship a box, two people looked all confused so I asked if they ship boxes. The guy said "we do, it's just a long process" and directed me to another FedEx outlet. Oh well at least I got a good laugh out of the trip.

I learned my lesson to just come to OfficeMax first for any printing needs… I tried UPS and Walgreens before ending up at OfficeMax. Ken in printing services was amazing and deserves any raise, bonus, promotion available to him. He was helpful and courteous every step of the way and got our memorial programs printed within minutes. Thank you so much for easing some of the stress of funeral planning!

I am so mad at this store that I could spit! I just spent over $150, which I know is nothing to them, but it's a lot to me. I asked for assistance carrying a ream of paper to the car, and believe it or not they were NOT ALLOWED TO HELP ME. My sister is handicapped and I had to help her to the car. Then what do I do with a cart full of a ream of paper? They expect me to do what? Leave her in the car? (it's 109 degrees) Leave the ream of paper in the parking lot? (So someone can take it) I'm just not sure which. So I lost my patience (quickly) and decided to wheel the cart with the paper back into the store and return it. Fortunately, Anthony, who is an employee at the store, sensing my frustration, asked his manager for permission to leave the store and help me load the paper. WHAT IN THE WORLD? An employee is no longer allowed to help a customer with their purchases? Their "policy" might needs to be re-examined because customer service needs to be their number 1 priority and it's not.

The Tech service desk is simply outstanding. After two long days of working on taxes i encountered a serious problem that brought me to a complete stop. Not only was my problem corrected efficiently the representative saved me some money.

I went to Best Buy to purchase a new PC. I waited over 30 minutes and no one ever waited on me. I drove directly to OfficeMax and was greeted and waited on immediately. Mike asked all the right questions about what I needed in a replacement PC I ended up buying his recommendation, he kept the old surface and moved all of my data and apps to the new one in less than 24 hours. Just so you know Best Buy‘s geek squad told me it would be 5 to 7 days if I bought a new PC at Best Buy. I experienced the best customer service. I’ve experienced in a long, long time OfficeMax and Mike have not forgotten what good customer service means!
