I placed 3 large orders with The 3 painted pugs each order was received quickly and a color I ordered was on back order and I must say it came rather quickly for being in back order I thought I'd have to wait weeks and get no response when inquiring about it, but no the complete opposite it came 2 weeks later and any time I emailed Darryl and Tammy both were very quick to respond. I will only buy my Annie Sloan paint from this store and I love the hand signed thank you letter in each package just a nice touch they really care about their customers.

Guiliana did the most beautiful job on my shelf. I was hesitant to have it done at first, thinking it might cost too much, but their pricing is extremely reasonable. Her great taste and talent helped me choose a rich color that created the look I wanted. Originally I was going to put it in my dining area, but it's so cool, I made it the main feature in my living room. Thank you, hopefully I'll find some else they can do for me.

I have been working with Guiliana for months now and it's hard to believe but she just keeps getting better with her artistry. I have had so many projects completed this year from kitchen cabinets to wood furniture pieces, to upholstered furniture to staircases and clocks and now a custom made mantle that looks like I brought it back from France. I am so happy that my furniture reflects my aesthetic and each piece is an individual work of art. When I have company they always remark about how beautiful my home looks and I believe it's because my furniture is custom painted and looks like I picked up the pieces on my travels to Europe. I'm fine with that!

I must say this experience started out being very impressive speaking with Darrell by text on helping me pick out paint. Paid almost $100 for my paint. About a week later I got an email with a tracking number. I waited about a week only to find out products were never mailed out. No email to me following up on this issue until I email Darryl asking where is my paint to which he replied now it’s on back order. Then I proceeded to ask for a refund and kept getting excuses until my last email requesting a full refund as I was on a time frame to get this piece painted for a 3rd time. Then NO REPLY until now I’m calling asking to please refund. That finally happened!!! Word to the wise who will listen!! When a customer ask’s for a refund just DO IT, instead of giving excuses!!! Remember who the customer is!! It goes a long way.

I’ve been wanting to attempt to paint this chest of drawers but the whole thing seemed a bit intimidating. I went in to 3 painted pugs and Darryl was the absolute best! He was so helpful and patient. He stayed after they were closed to make sure I had everything I needed to help with my project & told me not to hesitate to call.
I didn’t, haha. Gave them a call right before I started, spoke with Darryl again, was just as pleasant & helpful as the first time!

Stopped in to buy some dark wax. The owner was so helpful and was full of information! Showed me all of their samples and explained how the looks were obtained. I can't wait to go back once I decide on my color! Great store!
